As a Catholic community, we welcome and celebrate visitors and guests, and offer a range of opportunities to see the school in action:
1. Open Days throughout the Year:
St Keiran’s has Open Days each year. Open Days are a fantastic opportunity to come and see our school in action, chat with our leadership team and meet current families.
2. Personalised Tours at a time that suits you:
We also offer personalised tours with our principals year-round where we are able to show you our school, and discuss your child’s individual needs.
3. Free Monthly Playgroups: Little Kieran’s Playgroup
St Kieran’s Playgroup is an opportunity for 3-5-year-olds to play, learn and connect with other local children and gives children a ‘taste of big school.’
The Playgroup sessions offer a variety of activities based on fine motor skills and school readiness literacy and numeracy development. Some activities included making hungry caterpillar necklaces or playdoh caterpillars, bug hunting, finger painting, creating a rocket using letters of the child’s name, mapping constellations, an outdoor space obstacle course and a space-treasure hunt.
Parents and Carers are an essential part of Playgroup and are asked to remain on-site with their children where they will discover play-based activities that can also be done at home. There is no cost to attend, and everyone is welcome, regardless if you intend to enrol your child.
